You may have heard of Somerset Choices – it is a website that gives people information and advice on care and support services and local groups in Somerset.
Somerset Choices will be a central point of access to information, advice and a wide range of services and support groups for children and families from private, public, community and voluntary sectors. It will replace the SEND Local Offer and Somerset Family Information Directory (SFID).
